Mentor Training
Our company operates a training center aimed at developing employees’ professional skills and forming an internal talent pool. We believe that an effective modern production environment is based not only on technology but also on a strong team capable of maintaining high quality standards and continuously improving work processes. That is why employee development is one of the company’s key strategic priorities.

Selection of Program Participants
In 2025, as part of the internal development program, the company selected the best production employees — equipment operators and technicians. The selection was based on the following criteria:
- high production performance indicators;
- quality of work execution;
- compliance with safety standards;
- responsibility and discipline;
- ability to work effectively in a team;
- leadership potential.
These employees became participants in the specialized “Mentorship” program.
“Mentorship” Training Program
The goal of the course was to prepare internal experts capable of transferring knowledge to new employees and maintaining unified production standards. The training program combined two main components:
Technical module:
- in-depth study of production processes;
- equipment operation principles;
- quality control standards;
- optimization of technological operations;
- occupational health and safety.
Educational module:
- fundamentals of effective communication;
- knowledge transfer methodologies;
- organization and structure of the learning process;
- providing constructive feedback;
- psychological aspects of new employee adaptation.
Training Format
The training was conducted in an open and supportive environment using modern formats:
- analysis of real production cases;
- discussion of workplace situations;
- process simulations;
- interactive practical sessions.
This approach not only helps better absorb knowledge but also promotes team interaction and strengthens corporate culture.
The Role of a Mentor in the Company
In our company, a mentor is much more than an experienced employee. A mentor performs several important functions:
- helps new employees quickly adapt to the work environment;
- transfers practical knowledge and experience;
- supports newcomers during their professional development period;
- assists department managers in monitoring training quality;
- contributes to team stability and efficiency.
The Importance of the Mentorship System
The mentorship system allows us to:
- ensure continuous knowledge transfer;
- increase staff performance efficiency;
- reduce production risks;
- build a strong internal talent pool.
We view mentors as future leaders and managers capable of taking responsibility for team development and improving production processes.

Team Development as the Foundation of Company Growth
By investing in employee training, we build a strong, professional, and cohesive team. The company’s training center is not only a place for acquiring new knowledge but also a space for professional growth, self-development, and building a culture of quality that serves as the foundation for the company’s stable development.
