The ABM Technology Medical Product Plant is a OEM Plant manufacturing dental implants, prosthetic parts, and other small-sized high-precision products. The Plant production corresponds to the most strict World Standards. The Enterprise Quality Management System is certified according to ISO 13485:2016 being stipulated by the heightened requirements for safety of output products. However, the high internal requirements are the main thing on which the ABM Technology Medical Product Plant is focused.
OEM ABM Technology Medical Product Plant is in the top leaders among state-of-the-art plants manufacturing high-precision products in the area of medicine of biocompatible materials in the world. CNC machines manufactured by Japanese Tsugami Precision Co. are used at this enterprise. Thanks to this fact, the Plant can manufacture the products of any complexity, up to 20 mm in size wherein the high precision of sizes and tolerances – from the medical instruments to the dental implants and their components - is required.
The intellectual and technical resources of the ABM Technology Medical Product Plant make it possible to develop and manufacture products in the closed-loop mode. Highly skilled specialists of the Plant are able to manufacture product from the idea to the package. The consultations, planning, design engineering, manufacture, goods packaging, and logistics are carried out.
