Comprehensive Training for Production Specialists

From October 2025 to January 2026, a specialized professional development program was implemented for CNC machine operators and technicians. The goal of the training was to deepen professional knowledge, improve precision when working with equipment, and enhance practical skills.

Main Areas of the Program

The training course combined theoretical preparation with practical work in a real production environment. Within the program, participants studied the following topics:

  • principles of CNC machine programming
  • configuration and adjustment of equipment parameters
  • optimization of technological production processes
  • control of machining accuracy
  • improving equipment productivity
  • safety standards when working with high-tech systems

Practical sessions allowed participants to reinforce their knowledge directly in the production environment and practice typical technological tasks.

Organization of the Learning Process

To ensure maximum learning efficiency, the program was structured in stages.

The training format included:

  • dividing participants into two training groups
  • conducting classes in several sequential stages
