Medical Students Took Part in the Excursion
on Present-Day Production of ABM Technology
The future dentists – the students of the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy visited the production areas of Ukrainian advanced enterprise at the initiative of the Top Management of the ABM Technology Dental Implant Plant. According to the Brand Manager of the ABM Technology Dental Implant Plant Anastasiia Bardasova, this educative event coincided with the International Dentist Day. The Plant personnel is always glad to receive specialized professionals concerned with the most up-to-date technologies in the dentistry and implantology.
This showed the concern of the Plant Top Management to the effect that the coming generation was acquainted with the productive capacity of advanced domestic production facility in practice. Having made sure that its products are highly competitive with the world analogues, they will be able easily use dental implants in their work.
The meaningful dialogue of the future professionals and newcomer practitioners with the real experts– the Plant personnel became the peculiarity of the event. The enterprise representatives in detail commented on the acquaintance with the stages of implant production. Thanks to this, the students got to the bottom of the process and made sure that ABM Technology Dental Implant Plant complies with all standards applicable in the world.
The effectivenessof the event became obvious as judged by the commentaries being heard from the mouths of prospective dentists and the experts.
According to the Production Director Vadym Vozniak, ABM Technology, Limited Liability Company is breaking traditional beliefs of the quality of domestic product. Thanks to an open policy pursued by the Top Management, any person having questions to
the characteristics of Ukrainian implants could be personally assured of the contrary.
The excursion gave the students good impressions, which they shared with MOST-DNEPR News Agency.
A staff member of specialized department of the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy has approved that the Plant is highly competitive with the analogous scaled-up production plants in different world countries. Italy, Germany and South Korea, which plants he has visited, were cited for comparison. Not last place among the leaders in the manufacturing of similar products is a good reason to put the implants manufactured in Ukraine to the test in practice.
A pointed reference was made to practically closed cycle available at the enterprise. This means that all stages of implant manufacturing starting from its development and finishing with shipment to the Customer take place at the same Plant. Similar excursion helped the students to get to see everything firsthand and gain an impression of the implant manufacturing peculiarities.
An experienced specialist was also present at the event. Oleh Shuvskyi has been working as dental technicianduring twenty years being already interested in the use of products manufactured by the ABM Technology Dental Implant Plant because he wants to support
the manufacturer from Dnipro. The professional was glad of the resource base of the enterprise. Thanks to the automated lines outfitted with state-of-the-art machines, the influence of human factor on the quality of product manufacturing is practically excluded.
According to a fifth-year student Natalia Cherednyk, she was pleased with the Plant regardless of the fact that she had seen similar enterprises in different countries. Despite of the fact that such emerging equipment has not been installed anywhere for the last five years,
a young enterprise in Dnipro is outfitted with state-of-the-art machines. In reference to the technological operations, an attentive attitude to high-precision machining of blanks leave the impression. The excursion in the Plant is one of the reasons for which a recent graduatewants to open a dentist’s room in Dnipro and use implants manufactured by the ABM Technology Dental Implant Plant in the work.
Vladislav Taranets, who is also a fifth-year student practicing dentistry, mentioned the use of state-of-the-art dental surveyors and the availability of ideal sterilization of medical purpose products at the Plant. According to him, such enterprise has a high productive capacity on the Ukrainian market
A fourth-year student Maksym Taran was positively impressed by the excursion thanks to which he has become acquainted with high-precision machining of metal blanks. A focus was put on the professional competence of the employees the ABM Technology Dental Implant Plant operating state-of-the-art machines. Thanks to them, the implants really are highly competitive with the European products.
