In fact,the dental implants are the artificial substitutes of tooth root being plunged into a living bone followed by grafting on it. These implants provide a basis for mounting of a dental prosthesis.
At present, chemically pure (medical grade)
titanium is the base material for manufacturing of implants.
With appropriate treatment of the contact surface, titanium ensures wonderful results in hypoallergenicity and grafting on a living bone or mucous tissue. We also can manufacture the implants of other materials, such as zirconium dioxide, stainless steel, ceramics, and plastic material.
Our technological capabilities make it possible to manufacture dental implants of any type:• classical root-form cylindrical;
• short (stabilized at the installation site due to a large width);
• integrated (implant as such and the external abutment together);
• mini-implants (short and thin, the temporary support for a dental prosthesis);
• intramucosal (grafted not in a bone, but in a mucous membrane);
• basal (elongated, for in-depth attachment to the basal bone);
• zygomatic (very long, attached to the zygomatic bone).
