In the beginning, our new modern ABM Technology Medical Product Plant was set up with a view to the manufacturing of medical products of prosthetic nature for dentistry as well as for the osteosynthesis and neurosurgery. However, our manufacturing and technological capabilities in fact are considerably wider. We are able to manufacture practically any medical purpose single parts or multicomponent products, which are made of any medical grade metal or solid composite alloy (plastics). If any medical product besides metal or composite alloy contains other materials – rubber, fabric, leather, glass, etc. – we ourselves find Contractors for manufacturing of such parts and send multicomponent medical products or assembly units, which are already completely finished, in the assembled condition to the Customer. We also can act as the Contractor ourselves for manufacturing of separate parts and components made of the medical grade metals or composite alloys. 

The manufacturing of medical instruments as the technical facilities for improvement of the surgical intervention procedures is a new area of activity for us, which we begin successfully master. In fact, the great majority of medical instruments is made of metal (as a rule, of stainless steels), and metalworking (in the interests of manufacturing of medical purpose products) is our basic manufacturing profile. For this purpose, a powerful modern manufacturing base is set up at our ABM Technology Medical Product Plant, the personnel of engineering and working specialties is trained, and the adequate operational experience is accumulated.

• for basic areas of modern medicine – surgical, neurosurgical, dental, cosmetic, ophthalmological, gynecological, otolaryngological, traumatological, urological, diagnostic, etc,

• in any required number of replicas in a small, average-sized or large lot;

• isolated nomenclature or in the whole kits (sets) of medical instruments.

Because we are local domestic manufacturer, the prices for our medical purpose products firstly reflect Ukrainian realities maintaining the level of quality comparable with the European, Japanese or North American ones. The location of ourmanufacturing capacities in Ukraine, the city of Dnipro, makes it possible to organize a direct system of supply of medical instruments and products bypassing the chains of intermediaries substantially raising final cost. You will also not have to wait for fulfilment of order for a long time – we can work (design and manufacture) quickly; the majority of our manufacturing operations – from designing and manufacturing to packaging of finished products – are computerized and automated.
