Marking and Packaging
Having passed a long and multiple-stage of manufacturing, the medical products made by the ABM Technology Medical Product Plant are ready for the application of marking and final packaging. Only in this condition (marked and put in the marketable package), they will be ready for placement in a warehouse or shipping to the Customer.
The majority of our medical products come to this final stage already in a tight package wherein they have been put in the “clean room” in sterile condition attained at the stage of radiation sterilization. Regardless of the fact that the procedures of marking and final packaging take place in the premises with less strict mode than in the “clean room”, they are carried out with the maximum carefulness and responsibility, the preservation of tight prepakage integrity and the degree of attainted product sterilization.
The marking of package of the medical products manufacturedby the ABM Technology Medical Product Plant is applied in dependence on the implant packaging technique. The variants of final packaging of our products may be the most diverse in dependence on the available standards and the Customer’s wishes – they may be packed in the glass balloons, boxes, and packetized. 
Frequently, our marking represents a proprietary (branded) label containing an individual number of each product among other data. The information about the name of product (via its nomenclature number) lot number, material, time and date of manufacture as well as the identifier of a machine-tool operator having turned it on a lath himself “is sewn” in this individual number. A printed Certificate containing more extended information is attached to a finished and marked medical product manufactured by the ABM Technology Medical Product Plant on a mandatory basis.
The packers put completely ready and marked products in the final marketable package already in a usual packing room without isolation fittings. However, this stage does not go without strict quality control on the part of our inspectors; the availability and contents of the marking as well as a full completing of finished products with all kinds of enclosures – the certificates, instructions, etc. are the controlled parameters.
And only having passed all these mandatory, strictly regulated and thoroughly controlled stages, the medical products manufactured by the ABM Technology Medical Product Plant are placed in a warehouse and permitted to be shipped to the Customer.
